— Brad Hildebrandt, chair of Hildebrandt Consulting, in comments given to the American Lawyer on the state of the in-office work week for Biglaw firms. The authors of the recently released 2024 Client Advisory from Hildebrandt Consulting and Citi’s Global Wealth at Work Law Firm Group wrote that they “wouldn’t be surprised to see more firms adopt a four-day week” in-office.
