Top 50 Biglaw Firm Announces Associate Raises And Bonuses
Another firm shows they have what it takes (money) to keep up with the top of the industry.
News of associate raises is circulating through Biglaw at quite the rapid clip.
Willkie Farr & Gallagher clocks in at #31 on the AmLaw 100 with 1,380,000,000 in gross revenue. So it’s pretty clear they can run with the big dogs when it comes to associate compensation. And they haven’t let their associates sweat it out, only a few short days after Cravath established the new salary grid (taking over from Milbank who got the ball rolling earlier this month), Willkie is also raising associate salaries.
The new compensation and bonus grid at the firm is as follows:

| Class of 2016 | $115,000 | $435,000 |
