Biglaw Firm Spreading Big Money To Associates
Great news for associates.
The money train continues to make its scheduled stops throughout Biglaw!
The latest firm to announce raises and bonuses for hardworking associates is Mayer Brown. The firm, ranked #12 in the nation, made $1,858,000,000 gross revenue in 2022, so it isn’t shocking they’re spreading the wealth with associates.
Here’s the grid — for the New York office — at Mayer Brown:
Above the Law is still waiting to hear from tipsters at the firm’s other U.S. offices — including Mayer Brown’s flagship office in Chicago. Historically those offices have fared as well or better than NY, so we doubt they’ll be left out in the cold.
UPDATE: insiders have confirmed, as suspected, the raises are for all U.S. offices. The compensation and bonus grid for the non-NY offices is as follows:
