Billion-Dollar Biglaw Firm Announces Raises
And bonuses too!
The raises just keep on coming! The Biglaw compensation game is largely one of follow the leader, and now that Cravath has come out with their new scale for associate salaries, all the big firms want in.
The latest firm to announce raises for their hardworking associates is Winston & Strawn. The firm made $1,146,377,000 in gross revenue last year, making it 44th on the Am Law 100, and now they’re looking to share that wealth.
Effective February 1, a month later than most of Winston’s peer firms, the following will be the salary scale at the firm:
They’ve also announced bonuses, on the following scale:
Plus, super high billers will be eligible for additional bonuses.
