No More Delay In Matching Raises And Bonuses At Top 3 Firm

DLA Piper, Am Law’s number 3 with $3,685,205,000 in revenue last year, just sent out a memo to U.S. associates informing them that the firm would be matching the market
The firm is raising salaries effective January 1, with payments reflected in the January 26th paycheck.

Class of 2018 | $390K |
Class of 2017 | $420K |
Class of 2016+ | $435K |
As for bonuses, the firm has a whole set of policies for eligibility — including a timekeeping requirement coming in for 2024 — but it boils down to this:

Higher bonuses available based on billing and performance rating, with the memo indicating some associates will be getting 50 percent or more based on hours. Associates will be notified of their personal bonus separately.
