Ben Ferencz, the final remaining Nuremberg prosecutor passed away this week. Throughout his career, Ferencz advocated for the creation of what institution, ultimately created in 2002.
Hint: Not really a hint, but Ferencz left the Army as a Sergeant and immediately returned as a Colonel which is a vibe.
