Taxation and Estate Planning Associate

After our prior successful work for this firm, we have been engaged to assist with a search for the firm's Tax and Trusts and Estates group. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years experience working with family offices, C-suite executives, and high net worth individuals and families. Candidates should be capable enough to draft wills, trusts, irrevocable trusts and other estate planning documents. In addition, the ideal candidate will be familiar with preparing gift and estate tax returns, drafting limited liability company and family limited partnership agreements and other related tax planning documents. This is a great opportunity to join a premier Am Law firm in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
