The ideal candidate will have six to seven years of substantive experience with a wide range of secured lending matters, including domestic and cross-border acquisitions, restructuring and reorganizations, and general corporate finance matters. This group is often at the center of precedent-setting financing across a wide range of capital structures and transactions in the debt finance market.This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the most strategically important groups at this Am Law 50 firm.
