While the firm has grown to 12 offices worldwide, today it’s still considered the go-to firm for clients in the energy, oil and gas, and clean tech/renewable energy sectors. They also offer expert services in the areas of technology, banking/finance, M&A/private equity, real estate, media, complex litigation, and tax. In 1971, they became one of the oldest U.S. law firms to have a London office.
