Junior to Senior Level Real Estate Associate Attorney

The Dallas office of our client, a Top I00 AmLaw international firm, is seeking a Real Estate Associate with a minimum of 2 years experience. This position affords significant client interaction and requires a high level of responsibility within a team-oriented environment. The ideal candidate will have experience working on a variety of sophisticated real estate transactions, including joint ventures, secured financings and/or acquisitions/dispositions. Candidates should have excellent drafting and negotiating skills. This is a great opportunity for a real estate attorney interested in joining a vibrant practice within one of the world's premier global law firms. Candidates should have a strong academic record from a nationally respected law school and an equally impressive undergraduate degree, as well as large law firm experience and excellent references.
